RETURN POLICY FOR CONCERNS

Neon Ads® allows returns based on customer concerns, specifically for standard website products (custom quotes and configuration orders are excluded). To initiate a return, customers must submit a request within 10 days of receiving the product. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must arrange their own transportation.

Upon receipt and acceptance of the return, Neon Ads® will process the refund in the form of a credit for future purchases. You will be notified of the refund process via email.

It is important to note that Neon Ads® will refund the value of the returned goods, but will not reimburse shipping costs.

RETURN GUARANTEE

Neon Ads® guarantees that valid warranty claims for standard products (excluding custom products) will be honored if the claim is submitted within 14 days of receipt of the products.

Customers are required to prepay return shipping costs for warranty claims, but these costs will be refunded upon a successful claim.

Upon receipt of returned items, Neon Ads® aims to process warranty claims within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, customers can choose between:
(a) a refund to their original method of payment,
(b) a refund in the form of a credit note, or
(c) a replacement item (subject to availability).
